Payments
A deposit of 30% of the price must be made to confirm your reservation. The balance is paid on delivery. All major credit cards are accepted.

Rental Period
Minimum rental period is 3 days (contact us for 3-day reservations pricelist).

Age
Minimum age limit is 23 years of age for car reservations and 18 years of age for motorbikes. Maximum is 75 years of age for both cases.

Driver's License
The driver(s) must have a driver's license that was issued at least one year ago and is valid in Greece. For licenses issued in countries which are not EU members, an International Driver's License is required.

Baby Seats
We provide only one size of baby seats that covers ages from 10 months to 3 years of age.

Traffic Fines
Any traffic fines or violations of the Greek Traffic Laws render the renter exclusively responsible.

Insurance
Prices include the following covers:

• Death or injury to 3rd parties up to 500.000 Euros

• Material damage to 3rd parties up to 100.000 Euros excluding Sunbird vehicles

• Fire or theft

• C.D.W.

• The insurance doesn't cover any damages if the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or has violated any Greek Traffic Law. Furthermore, no damages are covered if car is driven on non-paved roads (except 4x4's), driven with a flat tire, or engaged in illegal actions, including but not limited in street racing, or for the period of delayed return of the car to the point of collection arranged and agreed in the rental agreement.

• The insurance doesn't cover damages to the car's undercarriage, wheels and tires.

• The renter is responsible and liable to any damages to the car if he allows unauthorized persons to drive the car

• The renter is responsible and liable to any damages to the car if he uses a different type of fuel than the one recommended by our staff (unleaded 95).

Bookings
Bookings are made by car group not by car type.

Area of insurance validity
All insurances are valid only on the island of Kefalonia. Car is not allowed to be driven outside Kefalonia, unless renter has written permission from us.
